We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nela in Petrcane. the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. the apartment was clean and modern, with a beautiful view from the balcony. the location was perfect, allowing for a short walk into the local village or a bike ride into Zadar. We especially enjoyed the peaceful and scenic surroundings.
Highly recommended if you're seeking a peaceful getaway with stunning scenery. Cons: Nothing to fault.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable and well-equipped apartment at Villa Nela. The location was stunning, overlooking the water with crystal clear swimming spots right outside. The staff were responsive and even provided free bikes and kayaks for our children to enjoy.
The morning meal could have been more enjoyable if there was a larger dining area for colder days.

We had an awesome time exploring the town and port nearby. There were so many cool cultural events and awesome entertainment options. We also enjoyed chilling by the pool, playing table tennis, and just laying on the sun loungers. It was the perfect place for us to relax and have a blast with our friends!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene for young party-goers. It would have been amazing to have more options for late-night fun and dancing.

I keep going back because the helpful staff gave me a sim card on my first visit. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, a dryer, cookware, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. I'll be coming back for my holiday.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the careful attention to detail when it came to the hotel's decoration. The beautiful front yard, adorned with flowers and beach chairs, created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained, making it easy for me to get around and enjoy my stay.
For a better vacation experience for senior people, I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff. It would have been helpful if the children working there were more readily available to help with any needs or concerns that arose during my stay.

Imagine sitting on a chair under pine trees, with the gentle sound of waves crashing on the shore right in front of you. Villa Nela offers this perfect location, allowing you to relax in the embrace of nature. The room provides a stunning view of the deep blue sea, while the bathroom is equipped with a good hairdryer and beach towels. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The kitchen is a bit small, and there is no real living room in the apartment. But with a spacious balcony that serves as a makeshift living space and the beautiful surroundings, this minor inconvenience can be easily overlooked.

The villa had a great location with easy access to the beach and a private garden. The facilities were good, including beach towels provided and friendly staff. The pool, although with sea water, had a diving board and a kiddie pool.
Felt like family, nothing was too much trouble.

The apartment at Villa Nela was amazing! The bedroom had a cozy double bed and the living room was so spacious with a comfy studio couch. It felt like a home away from home. Plus, having a satellite TV, internet connection, telephone, and air conditioning in each room was a convenient bonus. We loved it!
Personally, we didn't like the central heating in winter. But hey, that's just our opinion.

Great facilities including a warm swimming pool and free kayaks. The location is amazing, right on the beach with beautiful sea views. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable.
The room was not properly heated and was quite cold. Additionally, there was no festive atmosphere or decorations, which was a letdown.
